Graystone Development Group Limited was incorporated in 2003 for the principal purpose of developing, building and marketing innovative and successful real estate projects, primarily residential condominium developments, targeted to areas of the marketplace exhibiting appropriate demand. Graystone Development Group is co-owned and controlled by Derek Anderson and Dennis Dalton, each of whom have been involved in the development and building industry in London for in excess of 25 years. Both Derek and Dennis have been involved in, and responsible for, numerous condominium projects throughout the City of London and in other centers in Ontario over many years.
Graystone intends to participate in the real estate development industry for the long-term on a permanent basis. Our focus will be the development of quality real estate projects, the first of which was The Enclave at Sunningdale, which is a 59-unit vacant land condominium project consisting of a private gated community in a secluded north-end location overlooking the Medway Valley in The Neighbourhoods of Sunningdale. Our second project, The Promenade At Talbot Village, is a 79-unit vacant land condominium overlooking and bordering the Talbot Ponds, providing country style living close to all the amenities.
Graystone is a member of the London Home Builder's Association and is registered under the Ontario New Home Warranty Plan Act.
